Delivery Policy

At Jihaans Flower Emporium, we are committed to delivering fresh, beautiful flowers and gifts to your door with care and reliability. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery within Cape Town and surrounding areas. Please check at checkout whether your address falls within our delivery zone. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Preparation Time

All our floral arrangements require a 4 to 8 hour preparation time before they are ready for delivery. This ensures every arrangement is freshly prepared and beautifully presented just for you. Please factor this in when selecting your delivery date and time.

Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery on orders placed before 2:00 PM (SAST), Monday to Saturday, subject to our 4–8 hour preparation window. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Same-day delivery is subject to availability and driver capacity. During peak periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, Eid, etc.) we strongly recommend ordering at least 2–3 days in advance to secure your preferred delivery date.

Delivery Times

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. We do not currently offer Sunday deliveries except during special occasions — please contact us to enquire.

While we do our best to accommodate specific time requests, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to traffic and route logistics.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and zone. Fees are subject to change during peak periods.

Recipient Availability

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, our driver will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location or contact the recipient. Jihaans Flower Emporium is not responsible for arrangements left unattended after a delivery attempt.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We are unable to offer refunds for deliveries made to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Re-delivery fees will apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

Perishable Products

All our floral arrangements are perishable. Once delivered, please place flowers in water immediately and keep them in a cool environment away from direct sunlight and heat. We are not responsible for the condition of flowers after successful delivery.

Click & Collect

Prefer to collect? We offer a Click & Collect option from 178 Pringle road Sanddrift Milnerton CapeTown. Select this option at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready.
