SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY — Jihaan's Flower Emporium

Same-Day Flower Delivery in Cape Town We offer same-day flower delivery throughout Cape Town and surrounding areas. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered within 4–6 hours. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

Delivery Areas We deliver to all major Cape Town suburbs including Century City, Milnerton, Table View, Blouberg, Bellville, Durbanville, Paarl, and the Cape Town CBD. For delivery to areas not listed, please contact us to confirm availability.

Delivery Fees Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer free delivery on qualifying orders — the free delivery threshold will be displayed at checkout.

Scheduled Delivery If you'd like your flowers delivered at a specific time, please add a note at checkout or contact us directly. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery window.

Store Pickup Free pickup is available from our studio at Hyde Park House, Century Way, Century City, Cape Town. Select "Pick Up" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Delivery Confirmation Once your order has been delivered, you'll receive a confirmation notification. If no one is available to receive the flowers, our driver will leave them in a safe place and notify you.
