SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY — Jihaan’s Flower Emporium
We offer same-day flower delivery across Cape Town for qualifying orders placed before 2:00 PM. Same-day delivery is subject to flower availability, preparation time, driver capacity, routing and order volumes. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery date. Customers may also check Mr D for current after-hours availability and delivery timing.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout according to the delivery address and delivery zone. Free delivery applies only when the qualifying threshold displayed at checkout is reached.
Free collection is available from 178 Pringle Road, Sanddrift, Milnerton, Cape Town, 7441. Select “Pick Up” at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready.
Please ensure that the recipient is available and that the correct delivery address and contact number are provided. If nobody is available, our driver will contact the recipient or purchaser for further instructions. Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.
